About our Founder
For over 20 years, Lorena has worked to support Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) scale for growth. She has overseen the entire day-to-day operations of multiple international consulting companies at different stages of growth, from medium organisations seeking to break the glass ceiling to start-ups aiming to scale-up and accelerate growth. In her career journey, Lorena has served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Board Member to SMEs, and Advisor to Founders and CEOs.
She has single-handedly designed and led [and rolled-up her sleeves to implement] operating systems and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability, created grass-root support functions, developed partnerships for growth, established Sales and Marketing strategies, led service offer development, implemented digital transformations, managed global talent hubs, led Human Resources teams, helped companies expand into new geographical territories, and instituted financial measures and reporting structures to guide companies through scalable growth. Lorena’s industry coverage spans from Heavy Metals through to Financial Services, allowing her to understand how to work with different clients and team members.
Lorena has mentored countless team members and helped them achieve new heights in their careers by empowering them to tap into their greatest potentials.
Having grown up in the United States, originally from Latin America, and conducted business in Europe, USA, LATAM, and Asia Pacific, Lorena brings a wealth of cultural awareness and a keen ability to fusion her diverse background and expertise into everything she does.
Lorena is a Certified Business Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC).
