About
our Founder
Lorena Armitage is the Founder of The Second C.
With over 20 years’ experience, she has worked with SMEs, founders, and investor groups to scale businesses through structure, clarity, and execution. She has held multiple C-suite roles — including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Financial Officer — and has served as a Board Member and Advisor to founders and CEOs.
Lorena has designed and implemented operating systems that drive efficiency, profitability, and scalable growth — from building core functions and leading global teams, to delivering digital transformation, market expansion, and commercial strategy. Her experience spans industries including heavy metals and financial services, giving her a broad and practical understanding of how businesses operate and scale.
She has worked internationally across Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, bringing a global perspective and strong cultural awareness to her work.
Lorena is a Certified Business Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and is passionate about developing leaders to perform at their highest level.
